Jurassic Quest is Coming To Foxboro
Jurassic Quest Drive Thru at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro is a drive through experience where you can see more than 70 lifelike dinosaurs from the comfort of your car. The event is a national event and it is coming to Gillette Stadium June 25 through July 11, 2021. Jurassic Quest is open Wednesday through Sunday and guests are required to attend during their preselected date and time. The reason for this is that they can control the amount of cars. It makes the experience more enjoyable for all!
The cost is $49 for a passenger car. Motorcyles, campers, etc. are not permitted. You drive through large acrage that is the massive parking system across from Gillette Stadium. (In fact, do not put Gillette Stadium into your navigation app of choice, instead please use 67 Washington Street. Otherwise, you will end up on the incorrect side of Route 1!)
You drive through at about 5 miles per hour in a line of cars as people slow down and take pictures - and you can read about the dinos on the signage. There is also a way to listen to event audio through your car speakers or smartphone. (Note that you should have a separate camera to take pictures if you use your smartphone for the audio - the audio will shut off when you use your camera app.)
It takes about 30 minutes to drive through the experience. There are public restrooms on site that you can pull over and use - but only at about halfway through the experience. If you see it -ask everyone if they need to go! Once you drive by, you can't really double back.
